Companies all over the world usually seek to hire employees with “ready-made” experiences, however, only a few organizations believe in nurturing employees to achieve their potential. I was one of the lucky ones that have started a career in a company that adopted me entirely.
My journey started with Harlow International as a junior equipment operator where I learned the basics of standardization and construction-related processes.
After a couple of years of fully embracing that experience, my need for more growth was growing. I went directly to my line manager where I have been warmly welcomed and I have been offered many training hours from the best in the construction and engineering fields to enhance my capabilities and to be ready for my new role.
Years passed, and Harlow became my second family, a family where hard work pays off in the right environment, and this is where I was, am and where will I be.
